NRC Construction Services Ltd was established in 2006 to provide a Project Management and Consultancy service to the Building, Civil and Rail industries. We have particular experience on the Project Management of design and build projects within the rail industry from initial design concept to handover and pride ourselves on our personal approach to dealing with all projects.
We work alongside local contractors providing a Health and Safety and CDM Co-ordinator role to maintain CDM compliance from submission of an F10 to ensuring that the relevant Health and Safety documentation is maintained on site.
On a smaller scale, we can offer advice and support for domestic extension, loft conversion and self build projects, from feasibility, through dealing with planning and building regulation applications, to appointing and managing specialist contractors.
Based in Wakefield, we cover all of the Yorkshire area, although previous contracts have involved work as far afield as Glasgow and London.
